Dear Council Members:
This Department has inspected the shed located on the rear of
Lot 7, Avon Street Addition to the City of St. Paul, also
known as 824 Van Buren Avenue.
This building was formerly used as a dwelling, is approx-
imately 20 by 20, of frame construction. Windows are out
and door panels broken, dilapidated, beyond reasonable repair.
It is recommended that it be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Michael and Bertha Doll, 882
Rice Street. A Danger Notice has been posted.
Kindly set a hearing date as first step in condemnation action
in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative
Code.
