Preliminary Order 191607 approved April 1, 1959 and Final Order 193035 approved
July 7, 1959, and constructing a sewer in Orange Ave. from Park St. to 25 ft.
Crest of Sylvan St. under Preliminary Order 192302 approved May 13, 1959 and
Final Order 193212 approved July 21, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
improvements be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of Public
Works be and he is hereby directed to do by City Forces thSiRading, graveling
and oiling and miscellaneous work at an estimated cost of $3327.00, and that the
Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to obtain bids for the improvements the bids to show separately the amount for
the grading work(except the work to be done by Ctty Forces) and the amount for
sewer work as per plans and specifications, and the total thereof to be considered
as bids for the entire improvement, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVEDs That the cost of the above improvement, including engineering
and inspection expenses, amounting to $785.00, or a total of $11112.00,,,plus the
cost of grading and sewer, be assessed against the benefitted property.
