1 WHEREAS, on August 5, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-853,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in Apri12009 (File No. VB0904, Assessment No. 8677); and

5 WHEREAS, the properry at 1615 York Avenue, being described as:

7 FAIRCHILD'S SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 OF CRUICKSHANK'S GARDEN LOTS TO
8 ST. PAUL E 1/2 OF S 1/2 OF PART S OF CASE AVE OF LOT 6

10 with the property identification number 27-29-22-42-0036 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
11 collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and
12
13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recoznmends deleting the assessment as it was made in error
14 by department staff.

16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded
17 by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-853 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
