In the matter of regrading, curbing and paving Territorial Road
from Raymond Avenue to Hampden Avenue; grading and pavi-rlg street and
driveway returns; constructing sewer, water and gas service connections
from street mains to property lines where necessary; reconstructing the
paving, curbing and sidewalks on the intersecting streets where not in
conformity with said improvement and doing all other work which is neces-
sary and incidental to complete said improvement, under Preliminary Order
C. F. 191065, approved February 18, 1959, and Final Order C. F. 192535,
approved June 2, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications, as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works, for the above improvement be and the same
are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
