and to THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA:
In the matter of partially opening, widening and extending the proposed
Short Line Road by condemning and taking part of Lot 1, Block 16, Boulevar
Addition, etc. -
Come now CHARLES DAVIS and RUTH T. DAVIS, husband and wife, residin
at 1555 Sargent Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, and do hereby notify you as follow
1.- That they are the owners in fee simple and in possession of the
real property situated in the City of St. Pain Jaasey County, Minnesota,
legally described as Lots One (1) and Two (2), S levard Addition, according to
the recorded plat thereof on file and of rec'oA in the office of the Register o
Deeds in and for said County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota.
2. That they do hereby OBJECT to the taking and condemnation of
such real property, or any part thereof, including any easement therein, and
they do hereby further object to the award of damages as proposed to be made
to them upon the report of the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul,
Minnesota, at the hearing to be had thereon on July 29, 1959, for the taking
and condemnation of said premises, or any part thereof, or any easement therein
3. The undersigned do hereby claim that such taking of said real
