INTERMEDIARY ORDER In the Matter of repairing and reconstructing the sidewalk on the south side of Minnehaha Ave. from Fry St. to Snelling Ave. Council File No. 192066 — In the matter of repairing and re- constructing the sidewalk on the south side of Minnehaha Ave. from Fry St. to Snelling Ave., under Preliminary Order 191342, approved March 13, 1959. The council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Com- missioner of Finance upon the above Improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That_ dhe_ Said,_ r?oort and the under Preliminary Order 191342 approved Mareh' ] q 1010 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to repair and reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side of Minnehaha Ave. from Fry St. to Snelling Ave., except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ • 50 per SQ - gt. for mono.walk 41, thick. (Excay., fill, conc. rem'd., root cutting, drive crossings, etc. at extra cost.) Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the ' 26th day of May , 19-59, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by, the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
