RESOIMM, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for Grading Hoyt Avenue from Hazelwood Street
to Birmingham Street; Nebraska Avenue from Hazelwood Street to Dieter Street;.
Nebraska Avenue from Birmiingham'Street to Winchell Street; Nevada Avenue from Dieter
Street:to Winchell Street; Winchell Street from Nevada Avenue to Hoyt Avenue;
Barclay_gtreet from Arlington Avenue to Hoyt Avenue; Dieter Street from Nevada Avenue
to Hoyt Avenue, also construct the Winchell -Hoyt Sewer System to ROBERT W. MOORE
in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid• #7619 of said Robert W. Moore for the contract price of _$61,567.78 (plus
Engineering $4,925.00 and plus Inspection $1,231.00 by City Forces) such bid being
the lowest and said Robert W. Moore being•a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.

The City Contract Committee has made a further study of
awarding the contract for grading portions of Hoyt Avenue,
Nebraska Avenue; Neirada Avenue, Winchell Street, Barclay
Street, Dieter Street, also' constructing Winchell -Hoyt
Sewer System to ROBERT W. MOORS and re- affirm their original
award of this particular contract to ROBERT We MOORE because
of their findings of the facts, and herewith re- submit the
resolution to the City Council for action.
