RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the
application of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
as submitted to the County Auditor, for the abatement of the street oiling and
flushing assessment on the following described property, to wit: Lots 1 and 2,
Block 2, Joel Whitneys Addition, and Part of Lots 8, 9, and 10, Northwesterly of
a line parallel with and 70 feet Northwesterly from Southeasterly line of 12th
Street in Block 4, Markley and Walkers Addition to Hoyts Addition, totaling
$22.26, and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of
Minnesota cancel said assessment.
