RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves
the application of the General Manager of the Water Department of said City,
as submitted to the County Auditor, for the abatement of the water frontage
tax totaling $125.50, on the following described property, to wit: Subject
to Avenue, Street and sewer easements and except West 100 feet of North 154.38
feet the East half of Northeast quarter of Northeast quarter of Northwest quarter
of Section 27, Township 29, Range 22, and recommends that the Commissioner of
Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel said tax.
