WHEREAS, Under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 11012, approved

section 2, has reported to the Council its findings and recommenda-
tions in a letter dated April 23, 1959, and
WHEREAS, the Council has made a study of said report and
recommendation of the Car Allowance Committee, now therefore be
it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
employees listed below shall be entitled to and receive the basic
mileage allowance provided for in Ordinance No. 11012, Section 1,
subject to the maximum set out opposite the name of said employee,
as listed herein, pursuant to the provisions of said Section 1
relative to the maximum provided for car allowance for employees,
and effective on the dates set out opposite each name:
