RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the remodeling and
refinishing of seven Library Tables located at the Main Public Library,
90 West Fourth Street, St, Paul, Minnesota, to WILLIAM YUNGBAiER & SONS, INC.
in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
#7653 of said William Yungbauer &Sons, Inc. for the contract price of $3346.00,
such bid being the only bid and said William Yungbauer & Sons, Inc. being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
