RESOLVED, pursuant to the recommendation of the ,Sinking-
Fund Committee, in.thc premises, that hereafter, in the instance.
of the elapse of one year after thematurity date of any interest
coupon note connected with any bond of the City of Saint Paul
heretofore or hereafter issued and sold by said City without such
interest coupon note having been presented for payment or paid,
the amount then reserved and available for the payment of the
same shall be transferred from the particular food of said City
to the General Sinking Fund Trust Fund No. 23€}6 established under
prior resolution of this Council, Council File No. 185544, approved
December 20, 1957, there to be retained as available and subject
to disbursement and application in payment and discharge of the
subject interest coupon note,. by the proper City officers.
