In the matter of Opening, widening 'and extending Cedar Street from Fourth Strlq!�Wj
Kellogg Boulevard by condemning and taking the following described parcels of land,:
Those parts of Lots 1, 2, 3, 14, 15 and 16, Block 23, City of St. Paul, lying
between the present southwesterly line of Cedar Street and a lint ten (10)
feet distant southwesterly from and parallel to the said southwester y
line of Cedar Street.
Also a triangular tract of rarmnd Lot 16, Block 23, City of S . Paul,
measuring ten (10) feet o Kello gg Boulevard and ten (10 feet on
the previously described line that is parallel to and ten (103 feet
distant southwesterly from the present southwesterly line of Cedar Street.
under Preliminary Order approved March 10, 1959
To the Council of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports as follows:
