Resolved, By the Council of the City
of Saint Paul, that said Council hereby
concurs in that certain resolution of
the Board of County Commissioners of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, adopted
April 13, 1959, a c o p y of said
Board resolution b e i n g filed here-
with an d incorporated herein by
reference, that the proposed additional
lease thereby contemplated, by said
County and said City, as Lessors, and

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, o
that said Council hereby concurs in`that certain resolution of
the'Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
adopted April 13, 1959, a copy of said Board resolution being
filed herewith and incorporated herein by reference, that the
proposed additional lease thereby contemplated, by said County
and said City, as Lessors, and the State of Minnesota, Depart-
ment of Public Welfare, as Lessee, to cover the Preventorium
property of said Lessors, situate on the east shore of Lake
Owasso, in said County, hereby is approved and in behalf of
said City authorized, provided that the same shall contain,
among other things, the following provisions:
a. For a lease term of five years commencing
July 1, 1959;
b. For rental payments of $1.00 per year by said
Lessee to said Lessors, for the two year period
of said term ending July 1, 1961, and for re=
' negotiation of the rents to be paid by said
Lesse=e, to said Lessors for the remainder or three
year portion of said term commencing July 1, 1961;
c. For said Lesseets payment of insurance premiums
for fire and extended insurance coverage to the
insurable value of the same on said Preventorium
property for the benefit of said Lessors as
insureds, at an estimated premium cost of
approximately $600.00 per year;
d. And for said Lessee's assumption of responsibility
for the proper maintenance of the demised premises;
and right to construct major improvements to
buildings thereon, subject, in each instance, to
approval by said County Board and said City
