RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all materials and constructing
for the Board of Water Commissioners, City of St.Paul, Minnesota, approximately
20,540 feet of 9011 steel water conduit complete with intake and terminal structures
and all accessories and appurtenances - Vadnais Conduit - Contract #3 - to
ASHBACH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accoidance with City plans and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7616 of said Ashbach Construction Company for
the contract price of $20125,405.00 (at unit prices bid), such bid being the lowest
and said Ashbach Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, And the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute

said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
