AMENDED RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
CONDEMNATION AND AWARDS OF DAMAGES AND
ASSESSMENT THEREFOR
Such being necessary to correct an inadvertent error therein and to make the same
conform to the true intent and purpose of this Council, the resolution of this Council
in the nature of an order ratifying and confirming condemnation and awards of damages
and assessment therefor, C. F. 181016, approved January 9, 1957, hereby is amended to,
read as, follows: -
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement 20 ft. in width for the purpose
of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the southerly 10 ft.
of the north half of the NWJ of Section 20, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, and the
northerly 10 ft. of the south half of the NW+ of said Section 20, said easement extending
from Wheelock Parkway to the terminus of Hoyt Ave. 462 ft. west of the west line of
'Edgerton St.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes on the '
southerly 15 ft. of the northerly 25 ft. of the south half of the NWJ of said Section 20,
said temporary easement extending from Wheelock Parkway to the terminus of Hoyt Ave. 1x62
ft. west of the west line of Edgerton St.
Also condemning and taking .a temporary easement for construction purposes on the
northerly 30 ft. of the southerly'40 ft. of the north half of the NWJ of said .Section 20,
said temporary easement extending from Wheelock Parkway to the terminus of Hoyt Ave. 462'
ft. west of the west line of Edgerton St.
Also condemning and taking an easement 20 ft. in width for the purpose of constructing
and maintaining a public sewer on under and across the easterly 20 ft. of Lot 27 and;the
easterly 20'1t. of Lot 12, Block t, Morton's Addition.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes on the west-
erly 15 ft. of Lot 26 and the westerly 15 ft. of Lot 13, Block 4, Morton's Addition.
