Council File "1.80253, approved Novem- bet 6, 1956, as amended by Council File 1815342 approved February 19, 1957,- hereby is further amended to read as followss Resolved, That unforeseen conditions make it necessary to change the plans so as to make the same conform to the true intent and purpose of this Council, the resolution of this Council in the natureot 7inal Order C.F: 180253, approved November 6, 1956, hereby is amended to read as followss In the matter of constructing a sewer from Nebraska Avenue to Montana Avenue in a 20 ft wide easement (to be obtained), said easement being described as the easterly 20 ft. of Lot 27 and the easterly 20 ft. of Lot ]2, Block 4, Morton's Addition; from Montana Avenue to Hoyt Avenue in a 20 ft. wide easement (to be obtained), said ease- ment being described as that part southerly of the right- of-wway of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste.
