St. Anthony Avenue to University Avenue; grading and paving driveway returns;
constructing drainage facilities and by doing all other work necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement, under Preliminary Order C.F. 190405,
approved December 24, 1958, and Final Order C. F. 191558, approved March 31,
1959.
Also constructing a sewer system on Pascal Street from St. Anthony
Avenue to 1000 feet south of the south line of University Avenue, under
Preliminary Order C. F. 190534, approved January 7, 1959, and Final Order
C. F. 191557, approved March 31, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications, as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works, for the above improvement be and the same
are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
