RESOLVED: That license for Restaurant, Application F -142, applied for by Paul and Michael
Atarian at 670 Mercer Street be and the same is hereby granted, subject to the
following conditions that the grounds be prepared and maintained so as to be
dustless, that the debris be picked up and removed daily from the premises,
that the sidewalks around the property be cleared of snow and ice during the
winter, that signs be posted to park in the rear, and that the restaurant
clos° and not operate after 1 :00 a.m. each day.
