4. Appeal of Cazly 3o Wittmer to a Sumuiary Abatement Order for property at 1427 Arlington
Avenue East
The appellant did not appear. Ms. Seeley stated that she had gone by the property the previous day
and it appeared everything that had been in the yard, had been moved into the garage.
Ms. Moermond recommended denying the appeal.
