WHEREAS: That Lester Tjernlund Post No. 451, American Legion holders of License No. 1631,
expiring October 209 1959, Permitting them to conduct Bingo Games at 496 Selby
Avenue each Tuesday Evening, between the hours of 7 :30 and 11 :30 p.m. and
WHEREAS: The Lester Tjernlund Post No. 451, American Legion did not conduct such games
from December 2, 1958 to February 27, 1959, or for twelve (12) periods, due
to a fire that occurred at the hall at 496 Selby Avenue, and they have made
application for the extension of the expiration date of said license held by
them for that number of periods, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the expiration date of License No. 1631, issued to the Lester Tjernlund
Post No. 451, American Legion be and the same is hereby amended to read
"January 12, 1960.11
