1 WHEREAS, on 7u1y 15, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-774,
2 said Resolufion being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private property from March 2
3 to Mazch 27, 2009. (File No. J0902P, Assessment No. 8649); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1613 University Avenue West, being described as:

7 BRTCsHTWOOD PARK E 1J2 OF LOT 20 & ALL OF LOT 21 BLK 4;
9 with the property identification number 33-29-23-14-0187 was assessed an amount of $140.46 for graffiti
10 removal; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment far this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and

18 BE IT FLTRTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $135.46, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-774 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
