RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the application of the City Comptroller of said City, as
submitted to the County Auditor, for the abatement of the 1958
street sprinkling assessments on the following described property,
to wits
Except NEtly 20 ft. for Bt, Lots 1 and 2, Block 6, Roberts
and Randalls Addition, totaling $8.20; and on the following described
property, to wits
SW dof Lot 3 and all of Lot 4, Block 26, Kittsonts Addition,
totaling $15.98; and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation
of the 'State of Minnesota cancel-said assessments.
