RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the application of the City Comptroller of said City, as
submitted to the County Auditor, for the abatement of the 1957
street sprinkling assessment on,
the following described property,
to wits
Lot 10, Block 4, Hudson Road Gardens, totaling $16.51, and
recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of
Minnesota cancel said assessment.
