1 WHEREAS, on July 15, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-774,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from Mazch
3 2 to Mazch 27, 2009. (File No. J0902P, Assessment No. 8649); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 893 Sherburne Avenue, being described as:

VERNON-ADDITION TO ST. PAUL, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA LOT 8 BLK 1;
9 with the properiy identification number 35-29-23-24-0082 was assessed an amount of $]35.46 for graffiti
10 removal; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accxued interest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $135.46, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-774 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
