RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 418.11, Minnesota
Statutes 1941, and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel
of a release approved by him, Industrial Credit Company and
George W. Gates, be paid $437.70 out of the Judgment and
Compromise Fund in full payment of damages and personal
injuries sustained by George W. Gates in an accident on
December 12,1958, with James H. Anderson, an employee of the
Saint Paul Fire Department, while in the performance'of his
official duties.
