RESOLUTION
CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
��
WHEREAS, on Mazch 18, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-321,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private properties from
November 26, 2008 to January 6, 2009. (File No. J0813P, Assessment No. 8613); and
WHEREAS, the property at 255 Maryland Avenue West, being described as:
GARDEN HOMES LOT 47;
with the property identification number 24-29-23-44-0211 was assessed an amount of $135.92 for graffiti
removal; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
made in error.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $135.92, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-321 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
