hereby authorized to execute a satisfaction of lien, filed
pursuant to C. F. 188295, pertaining to the demolishing of
a two story combination store and multi - family building at
No. 740 -742 Rondo Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, the City having
received check in the amount of $488.45 in full satisfaction of
the outstanding lien.
