The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Com nissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolve :
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and he said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to condemn and take
an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills in grading and surfacing
with bituminous material the alley in the South of Block 15, Smit's Sub. of
Stinson's Division, from Arundel St. to Maekubin St., in
hereto attached and made a part hereof, the hatched portions showi
shaded portions showing the fills
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 1 W - o0
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the_
March , 19--59, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council
House and City Hall Building in the City of St, Paul. That the Commissioner of
