COUNCIL ESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM

RMLVM, that the stealth and welfare prior for
employees of the City of Saint Pod as exemplified by tracts
between the City of Saint Pahl and The Minnesota Mut Lift
Insurance Companyp Minnesota Hospital Service Assoeia n, and,
St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, shall be tinted
in fares for the period of one year from March I, 1959, subject
to all of the terms and conditions as provided in the contracts
heretofore entered into between the aforementioned health and
welfare program carriers and the City, except that the agreement
between the City and Minnesota Hospital Service Association shall
be subject to a modification and increase in premiums to not
forth in the notice to the City from said carrier, said notification
being received prior to July 1, 1858, as provided under the terms
of its agreement with the city; be it
