CIL REAOLUTION- GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing
materials, equipment and services necessary for or reasonabl,
to the installation of Phalen park Foot Bridge, Phalen park,
Minnesota to M. E. SOUTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordant
plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Fo-
#7507 of said M. E. Souther Construction Company for the con
of $3,342.00, such bid being the lowest and said M. E. South
Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corp,
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorize
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
