RESOLVED, That Coum'il File 187735, approved June 4, 1958, is hereby
amended by striking therefroi the paragraph descr#7a69 the property to be ta-
ken from Pfeiffer Brewing Company and-substituting--in lien thereof the follow-
ing legal description:
the south 38 feet of the east 160 feet of Bloakt , Stinson,
Brown and Ramsey's Addition to St. Paul; also air angular
piece of land in the east one -half of said Block, described
as follows: commencing at a point on the north line of
Randolph Avenue, 50 feet east of the intersection of said
north line of Randolph Avenue with the east line of Webster
Street; thence east along the north line of Rande ph Avenue,
a distance of 40 feet; thence north parallel with the east
line of Webster Street, a distance of 24.5 feet; thence in
a, southwesterly direction to the point of beginniiS, subject
to an easement and right -of -way for railroad purr sea 20 feet
in width extending through the above described 1 and
granted by Jacob Schmidt Brewing Company to Chic •, ='t. Paul,
Minneapolis and Omaha Railway Company, and more p ieularly
described in the conveyance, with a map attached td dated
July 8, 1907, filed July 19, 1907, in the Office ef the Register
of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, and recorded in
said office in Book n57" Miscellaneous, page 192.
