struction for Shepard Road frm Shernan Street to Otto Av and Otto
Avenue from Butternut Street to West Seventh Street, said roja being
designated as Municipal- County State Aid Street No- 504, ee)bine,
County and Municipal State Aid project, the available c funds have
been filly allocated to other projects within the city, n neces-
sary that the 1959 work be financed solely from Municipal to Aid funds;
therefore, be it
PMLVED, That the City of St. Paul charge the full Most of the
necessary right of way and construction to the Municipal to Aid Fund,
this project already having been given a project amber by the Minnesota
Highway Department for 1959 construction; and be it
FIkd%M RESOLVED, That the Board of County C
to concur in this allocation of costs for 1959 in
aforesaid Municipal- County State Aid street.
