RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, exteilt and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is to curb the north side of Yorkshire
Court and
ibrkshire Avenue from the west end of Yorkshire Court to ten (10) feet east of the
west line of Lot 7, Block 2, Bohland' -s Edgcumbe Hills and curbing the south side of
Yorkshire Court from the west end of Yorkshire Court to Prior Avenue

and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is herety instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
