The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On February 8, 2008, you were sent a letter from the Department of Safety and Inspections indicating that your Restaurant (A) 0-12 Seats license due on January 19, 2007 was delinquent. Also, the $400.00 license fee for the period of January 19, 2008 thru January 19, 2009 was also delinquent. You were given until February 29, 2008, to pay the license and late fees.
