RESOLVED, That the C ouncil hereby concurs in the recommer4ation of
the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings to leave the

privilege of operating the concessions at the Phalen Park Shore Stand end at Phalen
Beach, to Eugene P. Christensen, 405 - 17th Avenue, N. W. , North St. Paul,
N- .nnesota, for the park season of 1959, said Eugene P. Christensen top pay for the
privilege twenty percent ( 201o) of the gross receipts from the operation of said
concessions, payments to be made monthly, the operator of said conc"sions to
provide a public liability and property damage policy and a $1, 000 fideldty bond,
which policies should be approved by the Corporation Counsel; and bevit further
resolved, that the Copporation Counsel be authorized and directed to Araw a
