Peterson, attorney, 919 New York Building, Saint Pa41 1 Minnesota; be it RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint' Paul hereby confirms the amount of $431.91 to be the fair, true amd reasonable amount for- such services incurred in removing the dangerous structures; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be directed to file in 1he office of the Register of Deeds for the Councy of Ramsey a statement of expense incurred by the City for the purpose of securi*g a lien on the property, pursuant to the Building Codet Sec. 1.07 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. LOBDELL Supt. of Public Recreation We are attaching a copy of Council File No. 190616, approved by the City Council January 14, 1959, and published in the official paper of the City of St. Paul on January 17, 1959. This has reference to the property at 251 Marshall Place, more particularly described as Lot 11, Block 3, Baileyts Addi- tion to Rondo Addition to St. Paul, of which Herman and Eva Manteuffel, 251 Marshall Place, appears to be the record own- er. Copies of the proceedings were sent to Paul Manteuffel, 994 Chatsworth Street, St. Paul 4, Minnesota and Fred N. Peter- son, attorney, 919 New York Building, St. Paul 1. This reso- lution confirms the expenses incurred by the City in the con- demnation and wrecking of the structure thereon, which amounted to $431.91. As you will note, the final paragraph directs the City Clerk to file, in the office of the Register of Deeds, a statement of expenses incurred, for the purpose of securing a lien on the property, in accordance with Section 1.07 -7 of the St. Paul Legislative Code.
