WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to
be necessary in the Improvement described as the con-
struction of the SHEPARD ROAD BRIDGE, over the Chicago,
Northwestern and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and
Pacific Railway Tracks, Comptroller's Contract L- 5843 -14,
Hurley Construction Company, Contractor, have been pro-
vided for in the Specifications, and .'

Council approves the foregoing Addition made in'aocordance
with the Specifications in the sum of 0 18,533.50; said
amount to-be financed from Municipal State -Aid Funds,
Project No. 62504 -04 and added to the lump sum' considera-
tion named in the Contract known as Comptroller's Contract
Lp5843-14, for the making of the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has aggreed with
..,-the above named Contractor that the sum of $ 533.50 is
the correct amount to be added to the above Contract.
