Whereas, Additions and Deductions
which might prove to be necessary
In the making of the Improvement
described as the Construction of the
JACKSON STREET BRIDGE over the
Soo -line Railway, Comptroller's Con-
tract L -6099, Sheehy Bridge Construc-
tion Company, Contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications; and

WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might'prove to be
necessary in the making of the Improvement described as
the Construction-of the JACKSON STREET BRIDGE over the
Soo -line Railway, Comptroller's Contract L -6099, Sheeh$
Bridge Construction Company, Contractor, have been pro-
vided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Additions: `
ADDITIONS:
Extra No. 1 -- 40 cu. yds. of Class V material
placed at South Abutment footing @,'-$10,00 . . $ 400.00
Extra No. 2 - 53086 pounds of reinforcing bars
placed in Piers 1 "and'2 and in north

Extra No. 3 - 30.25 sq, ft.-of cork expansion

TOTAL ADDITION $1,156.66, and
WHEREAS, the total Addition is 1,156.66, now then of ore be
it
RDSOLVED, That the City of St.^ Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition t a.de in- ac cordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 1,156.66, said amount to be
financed from County -;-Aid Funds and from the Soo -line Railway
Company in "equal amounts and added to the lump sum consideration
totaled from the Unit Prices named in the Contract, known as
Comptroller t s Contract L "6099, for the making of the above
Improvement. The Commissioner of Public Works -has'a reed with
the above named Contractor that the sum of $ 1,156.6 is the
correct amount to be added to the above contract,,

approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the -sum of $ 1,156.66, said amount to be
financed from County -Aid Funds and from the Soo -line Railway
Company in equal amounts and added to 'the lump sun consideration
totaled from the Unit Prioes named in the Contract, known as
Comptroller's Contrast L- 6099„ for the making of the above
Improvement. The Commissioner of Publio forks has agreed with
the above named Contractor that the sum of $ 1,156,66 Is the
correct amount to be'added to the above contraoto
