Waukon Avenue to Howard Street and Ross Avenue from Waukon Avenue to Howard Street

Sewer System to F. MORETTINI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7841 of said F. Morettini
Construction Company for the contract pric of $13,870.00 (plus Engineering $1110.00
and plus Inspection $277.00 by City Forcesi such bid being the lowest =and said

F. Morettini Construction Company being a seasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper-City officials he "eby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
