RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul
that the proposed Agreement by and between the Housing and
, , ' _, Red.e�elopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota,
and the City of Saint Paul pertaining to proposed operations
of said Authority involving the providing of informational
services and relocation assistance to displaced inhabitants
of the municipality,by reason -of- public- programs and projects
for public improvements by - -said Authority and said City, from
their homes, apartments and rooms, as contemplated by the
Statutes of the State of Minnesota in such cases made -and
provided, and for an annual tax levy thereunder to finance
such Authority operations subject to termination by said
City by resolution of this Council at the end of any calendar
year, hereby is approved and authorized and the proper City
officers hereby are authorized to execute the same in behalf
of said City, said agreement to be dated the 21st day of,
October, 1959. f
