Dear Council Members:
This Department has been making periodic inspections of the

The duplex is approximately 60 by 26 by 30, walls are crack-
ed, floors are sagged, joists are rotted out. Plumbing is in
unsanitary condition. The electrical installation is in,vio-
lation of the electrical code, insufficient convenience out-
lets, brass sockets in use, circuits overfused. The shed, on
the rear of the lot is ready to fall down. These buildings
should be wrecked as they are dangerous to life, limb, and
adjoining property.
