WHEREAS, Leo Frascone, employe of the Board of Water
Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, was injured in the
course of his employment with said Board on January 23, 1959,
whereby he suffered 20 per cent permanent partial disability
to his right ring finger, entitling him to compensation in ,,the
amount of $225, and temporary total disability for 2 -1/2 working
days entitling him to compensation in the amount of $22.50,
now, theref ore, be it
RESOLVED, That Leo Frascone be paid the sum of $247.50
out of the Water Department Fund in full settlement of his claim
against the City of Saint Paul Board of Water Commissioners
for compensation resulting from his injury of January 23, i959,
for temporary total disability r3until January 28, 1959, and 20
per cent permanent partial disability to his right ring finger.

Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, was injured in the
course of his employment with said Board on January 23, 19591,
whereby he suffered 20 per cent permanent partial disability
to his right ring finger, entitling him to compensation in the
amount of $225, and temporary total disability for 2 -1/2 working
days entitling him to compensation in the amount of $22.50,
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Leo Frascone be paid the sum of $247.50
