Mr. Joe O'Koneski, City Clerk
City Hall _
Saint Paul 29 Minnesota >
Dear Joe:
I respectfully ask permission of the City Council to replace
about half of my alley fence at my residence at 789 Lincoln with
another similar matching solid board fence. My house is directly
in back of Mr. Pedro's, a restaurant at 788 Grand, and I would
r
like to do everything possible to continue to shut out the un-
sightly trash, cartons, bottles, garbage, and paper napkins that
are too frequently strewn about directly in back of our premises
and the alley.
The portion of solid board fence we ask your permission to
replace is worn out. But more than half of our alley fence was
replaced several years ago and is in good condition. It too is
solid board and we would like to keep the entire fence looking
uniform.
Thank you for your consideration.
Cordially,, t
