thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 113 Fenton
Street, in Saint Paul, was and is, by reason of its structural
condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining
property; that said structure is incapable of reasonable repair,
replacement or remodeling so as to make the same reasonably safe,
and should be wrecked and removed from said land; and it is ordered
that said structure be forthwith wrecked and removed from said
land by and'at the sepatate- ,.*cost and expense of the owner, occupant
or other person ioontrol thereof.

consider the matter of application of G and K Corporation for
permit to*install Dry Cleaning Pick -Up Station on north
side of E. Seventh St. between 14i niehaha and Arcade Sts.-- -
Property described-as Lot 11 and, except northeasterly
5 feet, Block 112, Johnstonets Subdivision,
and that a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of the
Court House and City Hall Building on October 8, 1959 , in the
City of St. Paul, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.
