the same; therefore, be it

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration
the preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 193197 ,
approved July 21st , 19-5-9, relative to regrading and surfacing

with bituminous material the 'North—and—South alley from Hawthorne Ave. to
Orange Ave. and the East—and—West alley from the East- North and South alley
to the west line of Lot 41, all in Block 2, J. R. Weide's 2nd Addition
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
1. Said improvement is necessary and (or) desirable.
2. The estimated cost thereof is $ 2,893-55__, and the total cost
