PAUL TEItMI= 'WAREHOUSE COMPANY for the Trucking of'Voting Machines, Folding Chairs and Folding Tables to and from the storage space and voting places for the special election November 3, 1959, in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached for the contract price of $2436.00, as an emergency exists, and said St. Paul Terminal Warehouse Company is the lowest reliable and reasonable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized;to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St, Paul.
