RESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and they herein are
author;.zed and instructed to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul,
Utilities Agreement No. C -2489 with the Minnesota Highway Department,
said agreement providing for the preparation of plans, the letting of
contract, and super7ision of construction of the Kittson Street Sanitary
Sewer by the City of St. Paul, in connection with the construction of
Trunk Highway No. 94 at the west approach to the Sixth Street Bridges,
the City to be reimbursed by the Minnesota Highway Department for
engineering and construction costs for said sanitary sewer.
