RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a lease between the City of Saint Paul
and Sidney A. Nelson, covering the following described property:
Lots -3, 4, 59 12, 13 and 14, Block 1, Deer Park
Division, according to the plat thereof of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota,
at a rental of $1.00 per year, said premises to be used as a
junior baseball1 field, said lease to be terminated at any time
upon thirty days written notice of either party.
