PAUL -Ramsey County, - Minnesota CITY SPECIAL ELECTION, NOVEMBER 3, 1959 AMENDMENT TO CHARTER Increases the per capita expenditure limitation for school purposes for 1960 from $25.50 per capita for each in- habitant of the City plus one -tenth of one gent per capita for each resident pupil in average daily attendance in excess of 36,225 to 429.00 per capita for each inhabitant of the City plus one -tenth of one cent per capita for ehch resident pupil in average daily attendance in excess of 36,225, and for 1961 and subsequent years to $31.00 per capita for each inhabitant of the City plus one -tenth of one cart per capita for each resident pupil in average daily attendance in excess of 36,225, and for all other City purposes for 1960 from $39.50 to 03.00 per capita for each inhabitant of the City, and for 1961 and subsequent years to V45.00 per capita for each inhabitant of the City.
